How to apply for the after-school activities  via the online Wilma service which is open from March 27th until April 30th, 2026. The decision will be published in Wilma on June 2nd,2026. If you have chosen a printed decision, it will be sent to your home address in the second week of June. If you have not applied yet as 15.5.2026 please do so as soon as possible to ensure your child's place in the AC. 

Via Wilma: 

  1. Sign in to Wilma using a web browser
  2. Click Applications and decisions at the top bar
  3. Click New application
  4. Choose Application for after school activities

After City of Vantaa has notified you about the afternoon club place 2026-2027 you will receive an email from us in the end of June 2026. Email will have Morning club form, Service provider agreement and dents form. Then before your child will start the morning and/or Afternoon club these forms have to be filled in and signed and returned to Luna afternoon club either by email lunaafternoonclub@gmail.com or by post: Luna afternoon club Oy, Hagelstamintie 1, 01250 Vantaa
